# Importing from JSON

The JSON path is the Excel path with a different file format. Use it when another system or a script is producing the user list.

## Open the JSON import screen

Click **Import → Import from JSON**.

## Download the template

Click **Download template**.

## Fill in the JSON template

The template is a `users` array of objects, one per user:

**Important** — Keep the key names exactly as shown; they are case-sensitive. Note the date format `01 Jan 1990` and the `countryCode` including the `+`.

## Upload the completed file

Fill in your users, save the file, and upload it.

## Select users to onboard

SECUREpass lists the users it parsed. Select the ones to onboard and click **Save**.
